- Lead organizational change management (OCM) activities for a successful SAP S/4HANA transition, focusing on user adoption and business transformation.
- Develop and execute end-to-end OCM strategies aligned with the S/4HANA implementation.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, business process impact assessments, and organizational readiness evaluations.
- Design and deliver effective communication plans and stakeholder engagement materials.
- Create and implement training strategies and frameworks to prepare end-users for recent systems and processes.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Address stakeholder resistance and foster adoption throughout the transition.
- Track, report, and analyze OCM activities, success metrics, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Utilize strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and presentation.
- Prefer candidates with multi-regional experience and background in the chemical industry.
- Require proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and end-user training delivery.
