Role Description The Digital Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District at The Farm Ecoville. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing digital content that showcases Ecoville’s art, nature experiences, and sustainability initiatives across social media, websites, and other digital platforms. The Digital Content Creator will capture photos and videos on-site, write engaging captions and stories, and design visual content that reflects the farm’s ethos. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with the team to document events and workshops, managing content calendars, monitoring audience engagement, and optimizing content based on performance insights.



The role also includes collaborating with program leads to translate the farm’s values into compelling narratives and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in digital content creation, including photography, videography, and basic editing for social media and web platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in copywriting and storytelling, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess skills in social media management, including planning content calendars, posting regularly, and tracking engagement across platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic graphic design and layout using common design tools to create visually appealing posts, stories, and digital assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in online marketing and audience engagement, with an understanding of how to grow and nurture digital communities.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in content creation, digital marketing, or communication roles, preferably in creative, sustainability, or community-focused environments.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with nature, art, or mindful living initiatives, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work on-site in Pune District on a consistent schedule.
