Position: Key Accounts Manager – IUPS OEM

Location : Pune, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage and grow relationships with Industrial UPS OEM customers in the assigned territory.
- Identify and acquire recent OEM accounts to expand Exide's presence in the Industrial UPS market.
- Develop account plans and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical, application engineering, and service teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Generate inquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business.
- Track project pipelines and ensure timely follow-up from lead generation to order closure.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and post-sales coordination.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and periodic business reports.

Experience & Qualifications:

B. Tech, 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Industrial UPS, power electronics, electrical equipment, or related industrial solutions.
