Infinity Learn by Sri Chaitanya is looking for a passionate and results-driv en Team Lead – Customer Succ ess to lead a high-performing team responsible for student onboarding, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Executives.
- Drive seamless student onboarding and activation.
- Improve student engagement, retention, and renewal rates.
- Handle customer escalations, refund requests, and parent concerns.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, MIS reports, and operational dashboards.
- Collaborate with Academic, Sales, and Operations teams to enhance the student experience.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews,



and team development initiatives.
- Desired Candidate Profile3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Student Support, or EdTech Operations.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Team Lead or people management role.
- Solid communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in onboarding, customer retention, and escalation management.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and MIS reporting.
- Strong leadership, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
