Role Description The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Sparq Labs is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. The SDR will research and identify prospective customers, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and generate opportunities for the sales team.



Daily activities include conducting outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels, engaging prospects in discovery conversations, and scheduling product demos or meetings for account executives. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, collaborating closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging, and providing feedback on prospect responses and market trends. The SDR is expected to meet and exceed activity and pipeline creation targets while representing Sparq Labs’ solutions clearly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience managing outbound and inbound prospecting activities.
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, including qualifying opportunities and supporting deal progression.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging prospects across phone, email, and social channels in a clear and skilled manner.
