Are you passionate about machine modernization, retrofit solutions, and aftermarket business ? Join NIDO Machineries Pvt. Ltd. and play a key role in identifying machine upgrade opportunities, developing commercial solutions, and coordinating successful retrofit projects that enhance customer productivity and equipment performance.
Key Responsibilities
Identify retrofit and machine upgrade opportunities from the installed customer base.
Prepare techno-commercial quotations, BOQs, and pricing proposals.
Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Technical Support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Drive quotation-to-order conversion, billing, and collection activities.
Maintain retrofit pipeline, MIS, and project performance reports.
Build strong customer relationships and support the growth of the aftermarket business.
What We're Looking For
3–6 years of experience in Retrofit, After Sales Commercial, Spares & AMC, Project Coordination, or Industrial Equipment Sales .
Experience in Material Handling, Conveyor Systems, Warehouse Automation, Industrial Automation, Packaging Machinery, or Industrial Machinery .
Robust commercial acumen, project coordination, and customer relationship management skills.
Graduate or B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).



MBA is an added advantage.
