Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization recommendations.
Generate quality leads while improving ROAS and reducing CPL.
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy coordination.
Track conversions and ensure accurate campaign measurement.
Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and Google Ads reports.
Work with AdsIntelli's AI-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.
Coordinate with the creative and content teams for campaign assets.
Stay updated with Google's latest advertising features and best practices.
Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.




Good understanding of:
Google Search Ads
Performance Max Campaigns
Display Campaigns
YouTube Ads
Basic knowledge of:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Conversion Tracking
Enhanced Conversions
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Meta Ads experience is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns.
Familiarity with Looker Studio is an advantage.
Knowledge of AI tools for campaign optimization is preferred.
Certification in Google Ads is an added advantage.
