Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Preferably in Government Projects)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Architect with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in government projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating architectural works in compliance with government norms, standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and detailed project reports (DPRs) for government projects.
- Development of concept designs, working drawings, and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integrated project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, building codes, and local authority approvals.
- Site visits, inspections, and monitoring of construction work to ensure design implementation.
- Preparation of BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.




- Assisting in project planning, cost estimation, and documentation.
- Liaising with government departments, clients, and stakeholders.
- Review and approval of contractor drawings and materials.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
- Familiarity with government project procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Office, etc.
- Positive understanding of building bylaws, NBC, and approval processes.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience in DPR preparation and government tenders.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and green building concepts.
- Exposure to large-scale institutional, healthcare, or infrastructure projects.
