Role Description The Project Management Associate (Real Estate) is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for supporting end-to-end coordination of real estate projects. Daily tasks include assisting in project planning, tracking timelines, preparing status reports, and maintaining project documentation. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure milestones are met and issues are resolved promptly. The associate will monitor budgets and resources, help identify project risks, and support the implementation of standardized processes and tools.



This position requires close collaboration with senior project managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and in line with quality expectations.
Qualifications

- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to support planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor project performance, and support decision-making.
- Effective Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and prioritize project activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of real estate development processes, construction workflows, or architectural coordination is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar software.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Ahmedabad, demonstrate accountability, and adapt to changing project needs.
