Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Ops Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in financial services—preferably in the loan or education financing sector —and a strong ability to build relationships, identify business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets
- Identify, engage, and convert potential leads into active clients
- Conduct product presentations and consultations with prospective customers
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of client applications
- Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Credit, and Customer Support) to deliver seamless client experiences
- Keep updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in loan products or financial services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with a go-getter attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience in the education loan segment is highly desirable
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
