French Speaking Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Process

- US Customer Support Voice Process
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions in French
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards

Job Location

- Vikhroli, Mumbai
- Thane, Mumbai

Work Schedule

- 24x7 Rotational Shifts
- 2 Rotational Week Offs

Eligibility Criteria

- HSC / Graduate (Freshers are welcome)
- Excellent spoken and written French
- B1 Certification in French is mandatory
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Age up to 40 years

Salary

- Freshers: Up to ₹4 LPA




- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹7 LPA
- In-hand Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
