We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations for our India and USA entities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, financial reporting skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations for India and USA businesses.

Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.

Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial controls.





Support payroll processing and financial planning activities.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.

Requirements

B.Com / M.Com with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Experience in handling multi-entity accounts, preferably India and USA operations.

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

CTC: ₹6 – ₹8 Lakhs per annum

Location: Coimbatore
