We are looking for an Executive Manager — Video & Motion Graphics Designer to lead and elevate our motion-led storytelling strategies, creative vision, and production operations. In this role, you will act as a senior creative advisor to executive stakeholders, oversee a portfolio of high-impact video and motion assets across multiple channels, and mentor a talented team of creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Vision & Leadership: Establish the creative vision, quality standards, and operating model for the motion graphics and video function.
- Strategic Storytelling: Partner with creative directors, senior marketers, and business leaders to shape motion-led strategies for major brand and campaign initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a senior creative advisor to executive leadership, delivering clear recommendations on content strategy, creative direction, and audience engagement.
- Portfolio & Operations Oversight: Manage the end-to-end video portfolio, oversee budget planning, optimize workflows, and direct strategic vendor partnerships for large-scale productions.
- Team Development: Lead, coach, and empower managers and senior creatives to foster talent growth, high performance, and clear succession pathways.
- Innovation:



Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies, AI tools, new storytelling formats, and modern production methods.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience leading video, motion graphics, or integrated creative functions within an agency, studio, or corporate in-house environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Film, Design, Media, Animation, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating leadership of high-impact, cross-channel motion and video programs.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced command of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro) or DaVinci Resolve, alongside industry-standard AI tools and pre/post-production workflows.
- 3D & Emerging Tech: Working knowledge of 3D animation, motion systems, and emerging media formats.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with strong business judgment aligning creative ambition with budget and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience leading global or distributed creative teams.
- Background in fast-paced agency, consulting, or complex B2B/B2C marketing environments.

- Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
