Chrysalis HRD is looking for experienced Independent Facilitators based in Turkey or India , provided they have strong proficiency in the Turkish language to deliver high-impact learning interventions for Turkish-speaking audiences. We are especially interested in facilitators who have worked within the hospitality industry or have extensive experience delivering learning solutions .
Deliver bespoke learning interventions for leading client organizations across multiple industries, with a strong focus on business impact and behavioral transformation.
Facilitate leadership, managerial, and behavioral skill-building programs for middle and senior management professionals.
As a Chrysalis HRD Facilitator, you will:
Adhere to Chrysalis HRD's quality and facilitation standards.
Create engaging, learner-centric experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
Establish credibility with participants through strong facilitation, coaching, and experiential learning techniques.
Travel across Turkey and,
when required, support learning interventions in neighboring regions.
Preferred Experience
~8+ years of experience delivering behavioral, leadership, managerial effectiveness, customer experience, communication, or people development programs.
~ Robust experience facilitating sessions for middle and senior-level corporate professionals .
~ Hospitality industry exposure is highly preferred —either through direct industry experience or by facilitating learning interventions for hospitality, tourism, hotel, resort, or customer service organizations.
~ Experience facilitating in multicultural and international business environments will be an advantage.
~ Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
Certifications in facilitation, coaching, organizational development, or learning and development will be an added advantage.
Turkey or India (Independent/Freelance Engagement)
