Position: Business Head

Number of Positions: 1

Experience Required: 8–10 years in business development, education-centre management or training-centre operations.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Independently manage the overall operations and profitability of the computer training centre
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and expansion
- Lead teams, manage performance and ensure operational efficiency
- Drive revenue generation, budgeting and achievement of admission targets
- Develop institutional partnerships, corporate tie-ups and strategic collaborations
- Identify new business opportunities in computer education, certification programmes and skill-development initiatives
- Maintain strong reporting systems, market networking and stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills

- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients,



partners and industry stakeholders
- Ability to achieve business targets through strategic planning and execution
- Solid understanding of education, training and skill-development ecosystems
