Designation: Senior Director - City Operations

Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver:

- Lead end-to-end business performance and P&L; across a portfolio of cities, driving profitable and sustainable growth.
- Own city operations across dark stores, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery, ensuring industry-leading speed, reliability, and customer experience.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve unit economics, productivity, service levels, and operational efficiency at scale.
- Partner with Product, Category, Supply Chain, Finance, and Central Operations to solve complex business problems and unlock growth opportunities.
- Lead network expansion, capacity planning, and operational readiness for current markets and business initiatives.
- Build scalable operating models, governance mechanisms, and data-driven decision frameworks that support rapid growth.
- Inspire, mentor,



and develop high-performing regional and city leadership teams while fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and execution excellence.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- 10–18 years of experience leading large-scale operations in quick commerce, e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, retail, or consumer technology.
- Proven track record of owning multi-city businesses with P&L; responsibility and delivering measurable business outcomes. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance growth, customer experience, and profitability.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, with experience leading large, geographically distributed teams.
