Role Description The Pest Control Operation Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bhimavaram, responsible for overseeing day-to-day pest control operations and service delivery. This role involves planning and assigning technician routes, monitoring service quality, and ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and company standards. The manager will coordinate inspections, supervise treatment plans, and track performance metrics to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory and equipment, resolving customer concerns, training and mentoring field staff, and implementing integrated pest management practices.



The role also requires close collaboration with sales and customer support teams to maintain smooth communication and continuous improvement across operations.
Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Pest Control methods and practices, including Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and familiarity with PEST-related analysis or frameworks.
- Understanding of related outdoor services such as Lawn Care and the ability to integrate these with pest management solutions when needed.
- Effective Communication skills for coordinating teams, interacting with customers, and documenting service activities clearly.
- Experience in supervising field operations, scheduling, and resource allocation in a service-oriented environment.
- Ability to interpret regulations and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with local and national standards.
- Comfort with basic reporting tools and operational software for tracking jobs, service quality, and inventory.
- Previous experience in pest control operations, facilities management, or a related field is highly beneficial.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in pest control or public health, where required by local regulations, are an advantage.
- Secondary education or vocational training in environmental science, agriculture, facility management, or a related discipline preferred.
