We are hiring an experienced Closing Manager for a reputed real estate organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales closure process, from booking confirmation to registration, while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customers visiting the site through consultants, brokers, channel partners, walk-ins, online leads, and pre-sales appointments.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project solutions.

• Explain project details including layouts, amenities, specifications, and location benefits.

• Resolve customer queries and support customers in decision-making.





• Assist customers with payment schedules and financial planning.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking, registration, and handover processes.

Required Skills:

• Solid sales negotiation and closing skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge of real estate products, market trends, and financing options

• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities

• Experience in plotted development or second home sales preferred
