We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth in the region.

Responsibilities

• Cold-calling prospective customers and scheduling client meetings

• Meeting customers regularly and achieving assigned targets

• Prospecting, identifying, and acquiring new customers

• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable electronic component solutions

• Negotiating prices, terms, and closing deals

• Maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities using Salesforce CRM

• Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships





• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (For freshers, a degree in Electronics or a related field is preferred.)

• Proven ability to convince, negotiate, close deals, and achieve targets.

• Basic understanding of electronic components and the semiconductor market.

• Knowledge of applications such as Telematics, Smart Metering, POS, Sound-Box, E-bike, and relevant IoT segments.

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.

• Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English.

• Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.

• Willingness to travel locally to meet customers.

• Must have own mode of transport (two-wheeler or car).

Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month for freshers or ₹35,000–₹45,000/month for experienced candidates in electronic component sales. (negotiable)
