Role Overview:

The Club Operations & Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing Anytime Fitness

clubs operating under the JV (Joint Venture) model. This role ensures smooth club operations,

solid sales performance, and overall profitability while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Club Operations & Profitability

• Ensure daily club operations run smoothly as per Anytime Fitness standards.

• Drive overall club performance and profitability through effective planning and execution.

• Monitor operational KPIs, club hygiene, maintenance, and member experience.

2. Hiring & Talent Management

• Lead the hiring process for club staff including trainers, sales executives, and support team.

• Build, train, and manage a high-performing team.

• Ensure staff compliance with HR policies and operational guidelines.

3. Membership Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive membership sales, renewals, and upselling.





• Create and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Track sales performance and support the team in closing deals.

4. Team Leadership & Development

• Motivate and guide club teams to deliver a high-quality member experience.

• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.

• Maintain a positive work culture aligned with Anytime Fitness values.

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with Corporate HR, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams for smooth

functioning.

• Share daily/weekly reports on sales, operations, staffing, and club performance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of fitness club operations.

• Experience in sales management and meeting revenue targets.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Prior experience in retail, fitness, or service industry preferred
