Job Description:

- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and Business Process Blueprint workshops with business stakeholders.

- Gather business requirements and design SAP PS solutions aligned with business needs.

- Configure and implement SAP Project Systems (PS) in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with technical teams.

- Execute realization activities, including:

- System configuration

- Data cleansing and migration

- Functional testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)

- User training

- Cutover planning and execution

- Go-live and post-production support

- Support authorization design and Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities.





- Troubleshoot functional and process-related issues during implementation and support projects.

- Develop and enhance global templates, reusable assets, and implementation accelerators.

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor junior consultants.

- Participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs), innovation initiatives, and competency-building programs.

- Create sales collaterals, solution presentations, and proposal support documents.

- Execute study, concept, and process improvement projects.

- Provide spot consulting and business advisory services to clients.
