About the Role
Ingeniworx is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Pune office. This role will support our sales, marketing, and recruitment teams by creating high-quality visual assets that strengthen our brand presence and drive engagement across digital platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level designer who is passionate about design, branding, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, banners, and marketing collateral (LinkedIn, email campaigns, ads)
- Create visually compelling presentations, brochures, and sales materials
- Support lead generation campaigns with high-converting ad creatives
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and recruitment teams to understand requirements
- Edit and enhance images, graphics, and layouts for digital use
- Assist in maintaining and evolving brand guidelines
- Deliver creatives within defined timelines and deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 4 years of experience in graphic design
- Robust portfolio showcasing digital and marketing design work
- Proficiency in tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Figma (preferred)
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Experience designing for social media and digital campaigns
- Basic understanding of branding and marketing concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LinkedIn and Google Ads creatives
- Exposure to UI/UX design (Figma/Adobe XD)
- Familiarity with video editing tools (nice to have)
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams

Work Details
- Location: Pune (Onsite 5 days/week)
- Shift: Aligned with U.S. business hours (EST overlap preferred)
