. Domain & Product Strategy (Cash & Liquidity)
Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cash and Liquidity Management products, including Physical Sweeping, Notional Pooling, Interest Optimization, Virtual Account Management (VAM), and Host-to-Host (H2H) payments.
Partner with GTS Product Managers to define the product roadmap, Target Operating Model (TOM), and client-facing digital channel enhancements (e.g., Mashreq NEO Corporate).
Analyze market trends, corporate treasury needs, and regulatory requirements (Central Bank regulations) to ensure compliance and competitiveness of the CCLM suite.
2. Advanced Business Analysis & Architecture
Lead complex requirements gathering sessions with senior stakeholders, structuring enterprise-level requirements into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Agile Epics/User Stories.
Conduct deep-dive impact assessments and As-Is/To-Be process mapping across interdependent systems (Core Banking, Payment Gateways, Liquidity Engines, and General Ledger).
Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure system designs meet business scalability, real-time API integration, and data security standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance,



Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), or equivalent are highly preferred.
Domain Experience (Crucial for 8-10 years)
8 10 years of Business Analysis experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain, with a strict minimum of 4-5 years directly in Corporate Cash Management, Liquidity, or Transaction Banking.
Deep functional knowledge of enterprise liquidity engines (e.g., Oracle OBS/OFSLL, Intellect iGTB, Finastra, or proprietary banking platforms).
Robust understanding of corporate payment workflows (SWIFT, ISO 20022, RTGS, ACH) and their impact on intraday liquidity.
Technical & Execution Skills
Agile/Scrum Expert proficiency in Agile delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence) and methodologies.
Data & APIs Familiarity with RESTful APIs, open banking concepts, and data mapping. Ability to write SQL queries for data profiling and troubleshooting is a strong plus.
Process Modeling Advanced skills in using tools like MS Visio, Draw.io, or similar for BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
