Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruitment Team Lead to manage end to end US staffing and technical recruitment delivery for US based clients. This role requires strong hands on expertise in the US recruitment lifecycle, combined with proven team leadership, delivery management, and performance tracking skills.

The ideal candidate has experience leading a team of US IT recruiters, working onsite during US EST night shifts, and consistently delivering results in a fast paced, target driven IT staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & People Management

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 5 10 US IT recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets
- Drive recruiter performance management, productivity tracking, and quality control
- Coach team members on US staffing best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate screening
- Handle team escalations, delivery risks, and performance gaps proactively

US Recruitment & Delivery Management

- Own end to end US recruitment across W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Work on IT and Non IT staffing requirements across multiple technologies and domains
- Ensure high quality resume screening, candidate submissions, and robust submission to interview ratios
- Review recruiter submissions, screening notes, and candidate profiles before client delivery

Sourcing, Tools & Technology

- Perform and guide advanced sourcing using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster,



CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other job portals
- Apply Boolean search and X Ray search techniques to identify qualified US talent
- Use and manage ATS systems (Ceipal preferred) to track pipelines and recruiter activity

Compliance, Process & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US work authorization/visa types (H 1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)
- Maintain adherence to client guidelines and internal US staffing processes
- Track and report recruitment metrics including submissions, interviews, offers, closures, and pipeline health

Stakeholder & Client Collaboration

- Work closely with Sales and Account Management teams to support US client delivery goals
- Provide regular updates, insights, and performance reports to leadership

Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong experience in US IT Staffing / US Recruitment Lifecycle
- Proven background as a Recruitment Team Lead or US Staffing Lead
- Hands on sourcing expertise using Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed
- Advanced Boolean and X Ray search skills
- Experience with ATS tools (Ceipal preferred)
- Solid understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Knowledge of US visa types and work authorization rules
- Strong understanding of common IT technologies and skill sets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite during US EST night shifts in a high pressure, metrics driven environment

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 4+ years of US staffing experience with 1 2+ years in a leadership role
