Overall Purpose of the Job

- Performs case import and case registration for reports received in the mailbox according to applicable work instructions/manuals.

Responsibilities/Authorities

- Prioritizes cases according to Day Zero and seriousness, ensuring they are completed within the timelines specified in SWIs/SOPs/Manuals.

- Downloads Health Authority cases.

- Performs pre-triage, triage, and case registration activities as per client SOPs/Manuals/Job Aids.

- Checks validation rules for any special timeline submissions applicable to the respective case.

- Performs reconciliation activities as applicable.

- Carries out other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor and managers.

- Provides training and mentoring to team members, when applicable.

Educational and Experience Requirements

- Minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences field from a recognized university.
