Job Description: A Finance Director is a strategic executive who oversees a company's financial operations, long-term fiscal planning, and internal controls. They guide budgeting, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risks, and partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and company growth. Key Responsibilities

- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop long-term financial plans, forecasts, and annual budgets that align with organizational objectives.

- Reporting & Analytics: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Deliver precise performance dashboards to executives and board members.

- Risk & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory standards (e.g., GAAP, local tax authorities, regulatory filings). Establish internal controls to prevent fraud.

- Cash Flow & Treasury: Monitor working capital, capital expenditures, investments, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity.

- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and build the capacity of accounting and finance teams.

- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate internal/external audits and liaise with banks, investors,



and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CA, CPA, CFA) are highly preferred.

- Experience: Typically 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), or public accounting, with leadership responsibilities.

- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and advanced data analytics software.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and robust verbal/written communication skills for presenting complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
