We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor (Long-Form Content) who can transform raw footage, podcasts, webinars, and educational content into compelling, narrative-driven videos for YouTube, masterclasses, documentaries, and other long-form platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands storytelling, audience retention, cinematic editing, and visual communication, and is passionate about creating premium long-form content that educates, inspires, and engages viewers from start to finish.




You will work closely with content strategists, scriptwriters, designers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality videos that strengthen Codeyoung's global content presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit engaging long-form videos for YouTube, webinars, masterclasses, documentaries, and educational content.
- Own the complete post-production workflow, from assembling raw footage to delivering polished final edits.
- Structure videos with robust storytelling, pacing, transitions, B-roll, and visual hooks to maximize audience retention.
- Create and integrate motion graphics, lower-thirds, text animations, data visualizations, and visual effects using After Effects.
- Enhance videos through professional audio editing, noise reduction, music mixing, sound design, color correction, and color grading.
- Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form clips for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
