Role Description The Growth Marketer role at Pazcare is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing growth initiatives across digital and offline channels to drive user acquisition, activation,



and retention. Day-to-day tasks include designing and running experiments, managing performance marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics, and analyzing user behavior to identify growth opportunities. The Growth Marketer will collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve funnels, and enhance lead generation strategies. This role also involves leveraging analytics tools to produce actionable insights, reporting on campaign performance, and iterating quickly to achieve ambitious growth targets.
