Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate entire production process
- Contribute to production planning and budgeting
- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe production workplace
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
- Knowledge of decorative and industrial paint manufacturing processes
- Understanding of raw materials, resins, pigments, solvents and additives used in paints
- Knowledge of batch processing, process parameters and production controls
- Understanding of quality management systems, testing standards and product specifications
- Knowledge of SAP PP/MM modules, inventory management and production reporting
- Understanding of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and Continuous Improvement practices
- Knowledge of EHS requirements, hazardous chemical handling and statutory compliance
- Understanding of production cost management, yield improvement and loss control
- Knowledge of plant KPIs, OEE, productivity, downtime analysis and manufacturing efficiency
