Overview

AVIAN We. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Publicist to support media relations and public relations initiatives across clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of media landscape, storytelling, and communication strategies, with the ability to build relationships with journalists and support impactful PR campaigns
.This role requires an individual who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency workplace. You will work closely with account teams, media, and clients to ensure smooth execution of PR activities and consistent brand visibility
.You will play a key role in driving media outreach, supporting content development, and contributing to the overall success of communication campaigns

Job Functions
· Support execution of PR campaigns and media outreach initiatives




· Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media houses
· Draft press releases, media pitches, briefs, and other communication materials
· Track media coverage and prepare daily/weekly coverage reports
· Coordinate with media for interviews, press briefings, and events
· Assist in developing story ideas and identifying media opportunities
· Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant news
· Support client servicing teams with timely updates and communication
· Maintain and update media databases and contact lists
· Assist in organizing press events, launches, and media interactions
· Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to media
· Manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
· Strong understanding of PR tools and media tracking platforms
· Good writing, editing, and communication skills
· Ability to work under tight deadlines
