As a NetSuite Administrator on the Business Systems team, you will work closely with Finance stakeholders and Business Analysts to identify improvements, ensure compliance, and perform standard maintenance and updates to the NetSuite system. You will use your experience to act as a developer, advisor, and consultant to make sure we are maximizing the advantages of our NetSuite system and related Finance systems.
- Develop solutions in NetSuite and other Finance Business Systems to improve processes, maximize benefits from the system and ensure compliance
- Develop and implement robust testing procedures
- Implement and maintain role based security
- Own system development and release cycles
- Work closely with other system developers, business analysts, data analysts, and stakeholders
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a NetSuite administrator
- Experience with development frameworks (SCRUM/Agile)
- Experience working with clients and ability to talk to senior stakeholders including gathering requirements
- Self-drive with an in-depth attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adaptive Planning
- Experience with NetSuite AI (Claude)
