- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases/documentation
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
- Support employee engagement, training, and performance management activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and hospital standards
- Coordinate administrative operations including housekeeping, security, transport, and facility management
- Manage vendor coordination, procurement, and inventory records
- Handle employee queries and resolve basic HR/admin concerns
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and operational documentation
- Support smooth day-to-day hospital administrative operations

Requirements
- MBA in HR / Healthcare, MHA, or relevant qualification
- 1–3 years of experience in HR,



administration, or hospital operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor laws, and HR processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/HIS, and reporting tools
- Good organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
