- Responsible for primary and secondary Sales Target achievement in assigned countries
- Plan rolling forecast, ensure Distributors sales target commitment as per Budget
- Review distributor performance in billing efficiency, new account opening, maintaining existing
account
- Appointment of Distributors in unrepresented Areas/country, focus being Ethnic Market and
HORECA channel.
- Identifying/developing/nurturing new markets for launch of products, thereby enhancing
profitability and tap profitable business opportunities
- Design and implement business plans that expands company’s customer base and ensure its
strong presence
- Responsible for generating orders and Follow up for timely payments by distributors
- Coordinating with Production and logistics department for timely shipment of orders
Brand Management & Product Portfolio - 10%
- Responsible for the brand growth, Distributor operational excellence and strategies to drive sales
- Responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of aggressive and cutting-edge




sales promotions for distributors and customers with a view to ensure adequate penetration,
market share, product positioning, growth, and performance
- Periodic Market visits. Conducting competitor and market analysis, planning product mix to meet
the market demands and revenue targets
- Conduct periodic audits on visibility with Retail outlets, Improve visibility and presence by
maintaining good relations with Retail outlets in the region
- Launch new products introduced by company
