Purpose of Job
Lead a customer centric, high performing supply chain that ensures superior service, reliable product availability, and operational excellence to support sustainable business growth.
What you will do (not limited to)
• Own and manage the Supply Chain & Operations P&L; , ensuring achievement of financial, operational, and customer service objectives.
• Develop and execute the Supply Chain strategy aligned with business growth plans, customer expectations, and organizational priorities.
• Champion Premium Customer Service by driving best in class service levels, customer satisfaction, and seamless order fulfillment across the organization.
• Lead Demand Planning and S&OP; processes to improve forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and supply reliability while supporting business growth.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Heads of Material Planning, Customer Service, Fulfilment & Sampling, Logistics, and Warehousing , ensuring alignment and accountability across functions.
• Drive supply chain resilience through effective procurement ,



supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, and continuity planning. Optimize inventory, working capital, warehousing, transportation, and distribution costs while maintaining targeted service levels.
• Lead the digital transformation of the Supply Chain function by enhancing visibility, data decision making, automation, and process excellence.
• Drive sustainability initiatives across the supply chain through digitization, network optimization, alternate transportation solutions, and environmentally responsible practices.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators including OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, customer satisfaction, logistics efficiency, and cost to serve.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, and Regional leadership teams to align supply chain capabilities with business and customer requirements.
