Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead our technical sales initiatives, drive business growth, and build strong customer relationships across the manufacturing and textile industries. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strategic sales leadership to identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, lead the sales team, and deliver revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor the technical sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within textile, manufacturing, industrial automation, and related sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, OEMs, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct high-level technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AI-powered automation and machine vision solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, contract closure, and account management.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance reports
