About the Role:

We are looking for a highly visual, hands-on Fashion Communication & Creative Production Intern who can seamlessly transition from conceptual strategy to hands-on execution. This role goes beyond basic posting - you will actively shape the visual world of our brand by planning, styling, and executing both editorial and day-to-day shoots.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Shoot Support

Assist in planning and executing creative fashion shoots, including mood boards, shoot preparation, styling support, and on-ground coordination and direction.

- Photographer & Stylist Coordination

Build and maintain associations with photographers and stylists for shoots, while assisting them with creative direction, concept alignment, and overall visual execution.

- Content Ideation & Visual Storytelling

Develop content ideas and visual narratives for collections, campaigns, and digital platforms.

- Editing & Content Curation

Support in editing, selection, and curation of images and videos,



ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual language.

- In-house Content Planning

Create 'At The Atelier' mood boards, shot lists, and structured content plans aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and campaign vision.

- Daily BTS Content

Capture and organise behind-the-scenes content for social media and brand storytelling.

- Trend Research

Research fashion and content trends, and translate insights into ideas that strengthen brand communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Photography: Strong understanding of framing, lighting, and composition (both professional camera and mobile capture).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and modern video editing suites (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or VN).
- Aesthetic Alignment: A portfolio demonstrating a sharp eye for contemporary fashion, styling, and editorial layouts.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Fashion Communication, Fashion Media, or Photography.
