Lingam Metal Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Production Manager / Structural Engineer to lead structural steel fabrication and production operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in structural steel fabrication, production planning, Tekla Structures, quality control, and project execution , ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and manage daily production and fabrication activities.
- Lead structural steel fabrication and shop floor operations.
- Ensure production targets and project milestones are achieved within timelines.
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, and quality inspection of structural steel components.
- Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization for maximum productivity.




- Review structural drawings, fabrication drawings, and shop drawings.
- Prepare and verify Material Take-Offs (MTO), BOQs, and production schedules.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, QA/QC, and project execution teams.
- Ensure fabrication and erection activities comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Resolve technical issues related to fabrication, detailing, and site execution.
- Monitor production reports, inventory, and daily progress.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE policies.
