1. Tekla Modeling
Develop detailed 3D structural models using Tekla Structures for offshore wind components and fabrication projects Prepare accurate models for jackets, topsides, TP (Transition Piece), foundations, and steel structures Ensure model alignment with approved IFC drawings, GA drawings, and design inputs
2. Detailing & Drawing Preparation
Generate fabrication drawings, GA drawings, single part & assembly drawings from Tekla models Prepare bolt lists, weld details, and connection details as per standards Ensure drawings are compliant with project specifications and client requirements
3. Material Take-Off (MTO)
Extract accurate BOM/MTO from Tekla models Perform quantity checks and coordinate with planning/procurement teams
4. Coordination & Interface
Coordinate with design engineers, project teams, QA/QC, and fabrication teams Incorporate client comments, design changes, and site feedback into models Ensure clash-free models and resolve interface issues proactively
