Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*1. TA Strategy & Leadership*

* Designing and executing the macro talent acquisition strategy tightly aligned with corporate business objectives, including annual manpower planning and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) budgeting.

* Building, mentoring, and guiding a high-performing team of recruiters across multiple tiers of hiring.

* Establishing, monitoring, and scaling core TA metrics, including time-to-hire, source mix, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, and diversity targets.

* Deploying robust data models to drive data-led hiring decisions across all corporate functions.

*2. Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management*

* Partnering dynamically with CXOs and Business Unit (BU) Heads to forecast talent requirements and construct proactive pipelines for critical and niche roles.

* Serving as a trusted talent advisor to internal hiring managers regarding real-time market trends, compensation benchmarking, talent availability, and structured assessment design.





* Driving institutional hiring manager enablement programs to improve interview calibration and systematically reduce hiring cycle times.

*3. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction*

* Owning and elevating the corporate employer brand across LinkedIn, qualified networks, and key industry forums to position the company as an employer of choice across Media & Tech ecosystems.

* Building out highly differentiated sourcing channels, including passive talent networks, optimized employee referral structures, strategic agency partnerships, campus pipelines, and modern digital platforms.

*4. Process Excellence & Innovation*

* Driving the strategic adoption of AI tools and cutting-edge software for automated sourcing, screening, and deep candidate engagement.

* Implementing structured interviewing architectures, evaluation scorecards, and bar-raiser programs to rigidly maintain hiring quality.
