Responsibilities
As a Core Junior Product Manager with a Growth Engineering speciality, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Product Officer (CPO) in executing the product roadmap and spearheading growth engineering initiatives. This role is ideal for a agile, data-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building products that users love, and has a computer degree.



You will act as a bridge between the product management and the rest of the company, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

- Roadmap execution:Support the CPO in delivering the product roadmap, coordinating across teams to hit milestones on time.
- Cross-functional collaboration:Act as the link between product, engineering, marketing, and data science to keep work aligned.
- Experiment engineering:Peer-review growth code and experiment analysis, launch experiments (e.g. on Firebase), debug, and QA features before release.
- Research & reporting: Run competitor and user research, and report product performance to the CPO and stakeholders.
- Pricing & packaging experiments: Design, ship, and analyze tests on price points, bundles ("kits"), intro offers, and paywall design across the Web2App funnel, including setting up and maintaining the underlying plans in Chargebee across staging and production.
