Job Title: Lead Analyst – Remittance

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Lead Analyst to manage end-to-end remittance operations, including ACH processing, bill payments, and treasury cash management, along with leading technical implementations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage ACH processing , bill payments, and check clearing operations
Oversee inward and outward remittance processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Handle treasury cash management activities and fund movements
Lead technical implementation of remittance systems and process enhancements
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients/banks for smooth transactions
Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
Required Skills & Experience





Strong experience in ACH, remittance operations, and payment processing
Knowledge of check clearing and treasury cash management
Experience in inward/outward remittance handling
Exposure to technical implementation / system integration projects
Valuable understanding of banking operations and payment systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
Experience in banking / financial services / BPO environment
Familiarity with ERP or payment platforms
