Job Description
- Drive sales and business development for corporate gifting opportunities across India.
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate gifting channel partners, distributors, and aggregators nationwide.
- Build solid connections with Marketing Managers, Procurement Heads, HR Heads, Brand Managers, and Marketing Heads across pharma and non-pharma organizations.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for employee wellness programs, customer engagement initiatives, promotional campaigns, and festive gifting requirements.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiations, commercial discussions, order closures, and post-sales relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution, inventory planning, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop annual business plans and achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the corporate gifting and healthcare product segments.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports,



and business reviews for management.

Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in Corporate Gifting Sales, Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, or Channel Sales.
- Prior experience selling medical devices, healthcare products, wellness products, or consumer healthcare electronics such as:
- Blood Pressure Monitors
- Thermometers
- Smart BCA Scales
- Health & Wellness Devices
