As the Concierge EA in the onDemand team, you’ll provide predictable, location-anchored, in office support to AU Partners and teams, acting as the firm’s onshore safety net for unplanned EA absences. This role connects onshore stakeholders with offshore EAs to deliver seamless in-office execution and high-quality client-facing experiences, while embedding PwC’s EA operating model. Please note, there are two roles available in Brisbane.

What you’ll do:
- Deliver on-site EA support to an AU Partner and the office, including printing/production, meeting and event logistics,



and client greetings to ensure seamless in-office execution.
- Act as the onshore connector with offshore EAs, coordinating priorities, clarifying expectations, ensuring smooth handovers, and maintaining onDemand coordination and process discipline.
- Serve as the standing coverage pool for unplanned EA absences, triaging issues and providing same-day stabilisation of business-critical activity.
- Build strong relationships and manage stakeholder expectations; communicate and escalate appropriately; support internal and client events; and contribute to the EA community through knowledge sharing and coaching.
