Roles & Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Leading talent acquisition efforts to attract top talent.
- Managing employee relations and addressing any workplace issues.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and practices that uphold the company's culture.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.




- Overseeing payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for this HRBP position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills or Education Requirements

While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial:
