We are seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to drive global positioning, messaging, and demand for FinnOne Neo®, our flagship lending platform. This role will be pivotal in shaping how the product is perceived across India, Middle East & Africa (MEA), and Southeast Asia (SEA), working closely with product, sales, and regional teams.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in BFSI technology / lending platforms, with solid exposure to enterprise SaaS marketing, solution positioning, and GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning & Messaging
• Own and evolve FinnOne Neo®’s value proposition across segments (banks, NBFCs, digital lenders).
• Craft region-specific messaging aligned to market maturity (India vs MEA vs SEA)
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
• Lead end-to-end GTM planning for product launches, upgrades, and regional expansion.

• Align GTM with sales cycles typical of lending platforms
Sales Enablement
• Develop high-impact sales assets: pitch decks, battle cards, ROI calculators, case studies.

Demand Generation & Campaigns
• Collaborate with demand gen teams to drive pipeline-building campaigns for both transformation for existing customers and GA releases for prospects.
