As a Senior UX Designer, you will be partnering across a wide range of departments alongside your team of creatives to elevate the concepts of UX designs.
Role:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal and client-facing product, engineering, and design teams to drive successful technical implementation.
- Design System Scaling: Utilise and scale existing design systems to maintain consistency across product suites.
- User-Centric Innovation: Drive interactive,
quality-driven design concepts that resonate with diverse user groups.
- Research Integration: Conduct product audits and collaborate with user research teams to translate insights and pain points into actionable design solutions.
- End-to-End Design Delivery: Map user journeys and deliver high-fidelity concepts, prototypes, and implementation-ready designs for critical product flows.
- Engineering Alignment: Provide ongoing UX support throughout the development cycle to ensure design integrity and high-quality product execution.
You:
- At least 5+ years of experience, preferably working on a consumer app and hyper-growth technology companies
- A multidisciplinary designer with skills such as UX Design, Concept Development, Rapid Prototyping, System Design, Brand Identity, Product Design, Typography, etc.
- A multi-faceted designer who knows your Figma, including component, style, layer managem
