As Director Built and Natural Assets, you will join an energised Executive Leadership Team that operates with a strong enterprise mindset and shared accountability for whole‑of‑organisation outcomes. Working in close partnership with our new CEO and fellow executives, you will contribute beyond your portfolio, collaboratively shaping strategy, priorities and performance across Council.
The Executive Leadership Team sits at the centre of Council’s strategic agenda, collectively driving financial sustainability and leading business improvement across our large and diverse organisation. In this context, you will provide clear, commercially astute advice to the CEO,



Mayor and Council, aligning investment, risk and performance with long‑term organisational and community priorities.
Currently, this role oversees three key departments, with scope to evolve as Council strengthens performance and responds to community needs. With the commencement of our incoming CEO, Council will undertake a strategic realignment which may result in changes to the role, providing a genuine opportunity for you to shape its future direction as part of a cohesive, enterprise‑focused executive team.
