Business Development Manager – Domestic BFSI

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager – Domestic BFSI to drive account growth and client success across leading banks, NBFCs, and insurance organizations. The ideal candidate brings deep BFSI domain knowledge, robust relationship management skills, and a proven ability to identify and convert cross-selling opportunities within existing portfolios. You will collaborate with internal delivery, pre-sales, and technology teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring consistent revenue growth and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders across existing BFSI accounts (banks, NBFCs, insurance firms). Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities in existing engagements. Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle – from client need analysis to proposal, negotiation, and closure. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within the allocated portfolio.



Coordinate with delivery, pre-sales, and technical teams to craft suitable solutions for client needs. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through account expansion. Track industry trends, client developments, and competitor activities in BFSI sector. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution. Prepare account growth plans and conduct regular business reviews with internal and client stakeholders. Generate regular MIS reports and forecasts on revenue, activities, and opportunities. Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in business development / account management, with at least 3 years in the domestic BFSI segment.
