The Manager, Product Innovation will be a key member of the Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF) portfolio,



focused on identifying and developing innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of small businesses and commercial customers. This role will work across product, strategy, engineering, design, and customer research teams to bring new concepts from ideation through commercialization, with a particular focus on cross-border money movement, international payments, commercial payments, and emerging payment technologies.
Role
• Lead the identification, evaluation, and development of new product opportunities within the CNPF portfolio.
• Partner with CNPF leadership to identify strategic growth opportunities and develop creative products that address emerging customer and market needs.
• Partner with Global Product teams, Transfer Solutions, SME Solutions, and other stakeholders to shape product strategies and innovation roadmaps.
