Design and develop instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes. Install, test, and calibrate instruments such as sensors, transmitters, analyzers, and control valves. Monitor and maintain control systems to ensure continuous operation and reliability. Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of instrumentation failures. Work with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems for process control. Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and industry regulations. Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and process teams for smooth operations. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance of instruments. Assist in commissioning and startup of new projects/equipment. Solid knowledge of process instrumentation (pressure, flow, level, temperature). Experience with PLC (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), DCS, and SCADA systems.
